The ARC Raiders Items required for Soul’s Offering are spread across several maps, and some are much harder to find than others. This limited-time project has four stages, asking Raiders to collect materials, build three offerings, and complete a final objective at Santa Maria Houses in Buried City.
The event was added in Live Update 2.3.0 and runs until mid-November 2026. Check the countdown in your Projects tab before starting, as the in-game timer determines the final deadline.

Important: You need four Dead Flowers in total across the first two stages. Keep one Fireworks Box from Stage 3 for the final objective. Remote Raider Flares and Fireworks Boxes are different items and cannot replace each other.
Where to Find the Required Materials
The most time-consuming part is collecting the trinkets. Prioritize residential and Old World areas rather than searching random containers.
- Dead Flowers and Rock Salt: Search drawers, cabinets, and household containers in Buried City, Blue Gate, and Pendola Pass. Both can appear during the same residential loot run.
- Railway Lanterns: Check train stations, rail cars, industrial containers, and security lockers.
- Fancy Plates and Mask Fragment: These are Epic Old World loot. Search residential cabinets and drawers, and place them in your safe pocket when possible.
- Expired Respirator: Search medical containers in the Dam Battlegrounds Testing Annex, Buried City hospital, and Stella Montis Medical Research.
- Insulation Roll: Focus on Pendola Pass, particularly Almatera Station, Cielo Sereno Observatory, and railway areas.
- Fertilizer: Search nature-related areas such as swamps, greenhouses, and the Hydroponic Dome Complex.
Do not spend an entire raid searching one building. If the important containers have already been looted, move to another area or change maps.
How to Complete the Material Requirements Faster
Some materials are easier to obtain through combat or crafting rather than ordinary looting.
ARC Alloy: Destroy ARC enemies and search their remains. You need 15, so collecting it during normal combat is usually sufficient.
Advanced ARC Powercells: Do not confuse these with regular ARC Powercells. Larger enemies such as Bombardiers and Bastions are better targets when you need this specific material.
Remote Raider Flares: You need 10. If you have learned the blueprint, craft them at Utility Station 1 using 2 Chemicals and 4 Rubber Parts per batch. Shani also sells them for 810 Coins each, although you should check the current shop price before purchasing.
Avoid recycling or selling these flares while Stage 2 is active. Buying or crafting them is generally more reliable than making a special trip to search Raider caches.
How to Finish Honor the Fallen
The final stage takes place at Santa Maria Houses in southern Old Town on Buried City. It unlocks after completing Stage 3.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Projects tab and activate Honor the Fallen.
- Travel to Santa Maria Houses and reach the rooftop by climbing from the nearby building.
- If the objective requires 300 ARC damage, deal that damage inside the marked area.
- Place a Fireworks Box on the roof and trigger it.
- Wait for the objective to register before extracting.
Do not launch the fireworks from the street or a neighboring rooftop. The location matters, and simply carrying a Fireworks Box into the area will not complete the objective.
If you used all three boxes from Stage 3, you can obtain another from Shani or craft one if you have the required blueprint and station.
What Should You Keep Before Donating?
Save the following items until their corresponding stages are ready:
- Four Dead Flowers across the first two stages.
- Two Rock Salt and two Railway Lanterns.
- Two Fancy Plates and one Mask Fragment.
- One Insulation Roll for the project, plus extras if you need Outpost upgrades.
- Ten Remote Raider Flares.
- At least one Fireworks Box for the finale.
Donations are permanent. Items submitted through Projects cannot be recovered, so check the required quantities before confirming each stage.
Players exploring ARC Raiders Boosting options may also have alternative ways to approach selected progression goals, but careful inventory management is still essential for completing Soul’s Offering without wasting valuable materials.
The best strategy is to collect residential trinkets first, handle combat materials separately, and save the final Fireworks Box until Honor the Fallen unlocks. Complete each donation only when you have the full quantity, then finish the rooftop objective before the event expires.
